Maria
Great hotel with cozy atmosphere, lovely architecture, and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The hotel is located next to a beautiful church and just down the street from a park. You can easily access transportation since it's very close to the tramway. The breakfast was generous and offered typical continental stuff.
Nothing not too like.

All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with the room that was promptly and efficiently resolved. The buffet breakfast was varied and frequently replenished. Good location and the resteraunts recommended by the reception staff were superb. Security and access were also very good.

Lovely sized superior room, intimate building, close to transportation, walkable to major features, delicious breakfasts with good coffee, large spacious room.
Everything was fantastic.

Room was very cold and uncomfortable, for 12 days nobody cleaned it and change bed-clothes. When I have come for a breakfast at 9.30 I have found that there is nothing to eat. Also the manager of hotel has forced me to pay at once all sum of residing in spite of the fact that in book confirmation it has been told that payment to be made at check out. Also on the ground floor there lived any Caucasians who constantly smoked marihuana and shouted at night, and the personnel didn't react to requests somehow them to calm.

Seemed well run. Pleasant young women at the desk. Decent breakfast. Decent location, with a tram line running right by.
Some might not like the noise from the tram on the street side or the voices from the lobby outside the door in the room where I stayed. Didn't bother me, though.

This hotel is an excellent choice for budget travelers. The value for money is exceptional, with affordable prices for clean and comfortable rooms. The attention to detail is evident, with little extras like balloons and chocolates in the room, adding a special touch to the stay. The location of the hotel is great, situated on a hill in a quiet area of the city, yet still easily accessible by tram or walking to Prague's center. The staff is friendly and the service is top-notch. The basic amenities are provided, and the beds are just perfect with their softness-hardness balance. Breakfast is included in the stay, offering a variety of options including omelettes made to order.
Everything was alright.

The room was warm and the bed confortable, appreciated the breakfast too.
The room cleaning: we asked, by an information in the door, to our room be cleaned and the only thing they did was fix the sheets in the bed. They Only have 4 channels in the tv (all in german) and the broadcast was full with interruptions.

Our hotel is located in a beautiful area that once was a monastery, down the street from a quiet park and close to the river. You can also easily visit a stunning church located nearby. Our rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and speaks multiple languages. Start your day with a delicious breakfast with great variety at our restaurant, and enjoy our beautiful garden view.
Our hotel doesn't have air conditioning, like many hotels in this city, which can be uncomfortable during hot months.

The location is excellent - the hotel is in a quiet area, about 15 minutes' walk from the Old Town. The hotel building is really beautiful and impressive. The rooms are quite spacious and quiet (except for the one facing the street), with a nice, clean bathroom. The free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The hotel is fine for a 1- or 2-star property, but definitely it's not a 3 star standard. The breakfast was ok, but very often it happened that when some products from the buffet were finished, they were not refilled, so we were left with not much to eat. One day, when we asked at the reception for the buffet to be replenished, a few minutes later the kitchen guy came up and started shouting at us in Czech, obviously not willing to replenish anything. This is not the service you can expect from a 3-star hotel.

Enjoyable stay with attentive staff. Room was well-appointed with comfortable bedding and well-functioning Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a good start to the day with a variety of fresh and tasty options to choose from. The location was perfect for sightseeing and getting around the city, with nearby tram and metro stations and a short walk to the main attractions.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a beautiful architectual decor.
Horribly small entry way to parking area, anthing bigger than a compact is out of the question. Lots of construction in the area so it was very noisy and hard to access.

This hotel was in a lovely building next to a church in the New Town area of Prague. Very good value for money, staff very helpful, providing maps and advice. Free internet on computer in lobby and free WiFi, breakfast buffet very good too. Location was fine, not right in the historic centre but this also meant the area was quieter and had some non-touristy restaurants and a supermarket. Also right by a tram stop. Perfect for a weekend in Prague.
Parking situation was a bit unclear on website - we ended up parking in a private garage but were then told where we could park for free on the street by the hotel at weekends which was useful. The hotel does have its own car park but it's very small.
Tourists from India often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
